AKC World Water Race Championship


Buffalo, OH – The sounds of pneumatic drills and diesel-engine backhoes are splitting the quiet of rural Guernsey County this summer, but the baying of hounds and the cheers of the crowds will be making all the noise come October when the AKC World Water Race Championship comes to call.

Promoter Danny Gatrell and the Valley View Coon Club are building a state-of-the-art water race pond, complete with starting tower and bleachers at the Valley View Trade Days complex in Buffalo and will have the water race facility ready in time for the World Championship. Here’s the scoop:

Dogs may be registered on grounds with UKC or PKC number

Club reserves the right to refuse entry of any dog or handler
